On tap @ the newer White Rock. Clear, oily, medium gold, lacy pour. Oily, apple concentrate, white grape must, preservatives, glue. Dusty, dry fruit sulfites immediately upfront. Dried pineapple, condensed apple, sugary apricot, white grape, juice box; semi-sweet. Crispy & still shit, that stands for something.

Got this at the total wine triangle. No sweetness on the nose, a little farmy olfactory. Crystal clear pale yeller color. Good initial dry cider feel, not a whole lottah sugar in this one, seems pleasantly dry. Yes, much better than the soda pop varieties of domestic cider which are commonly available to us. Come across more like a real euro style dry cider, champagne like, fer sure. Very much like my own homemade cider but it lacks all the ill effects. Good cutting co2 level. Decent, refreshing. Easy going. Resembles a good light lager beer at times, with a a shade of apple. I'm liking this basic well done dry cider. Will not appeal to the girlie sweet soda taster. Good job Austin. Yes, better made than most domestic ciders out there. JMHO

On tap at the Zilker location. Pours clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has slightly dry and earthy apple with a hint of bitterness underlying. Flavor has sweat and slight earthy apple with a dry finish.

Pours Golden with no head. Aroma of bitter apples. Taste is smooth, extremely dry apples. Palate is odd for a cider, a wide array of apple flavors across the tongue. Really good for a cider

Draft pour at Westover Market Beer Garden & Haus. Poured a clear yellow color, with a very small fizzy head. Aroma was apples, semi-sweet. Flavor was light tartness, perhaps some light vinegar taste - dry finish.
