A smooth easy drinking Extra Pale Ale with a crisp citrus finish thanks to the Simcoe hop additions. This ale is fairly hoppy and slightly bitter thanks to the Chinook hops, with some floral and pine hints.

Taster at brewery. Bright golden pour with a small fluffy white head. Aroma and taste presented a nice pale malt bill with gentle , crisp hoppiness. Smooth and easy to drink.

Draft at the source. Clear deep amber color, almost brown, tan head. Nice aroma of citrus and flowers. Taste is lightly bitter citrus. Tasty.

LSAT Freedom Trip Beer #7. Keg at the brewery. Clear copper, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of floral, citrus hops and caramel malt. The taste is bitter piney, citrus hops, caramel malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
