Surprisingly dill-ightful! This brew brings the essence of a classic dill pickle straight to your glass. Crafted with cucumber concentrate, Himalayan salt, dill seed, coriander, and a medley of traditional pickling spices, this brew is briny, tart, and boldly herbaceous. Its medium-full body and refreshing acidity make it perfect for adventurous palates and pickle lovers alike.

6 pack of cans, best before 5/1/26, drunk January 2026, as pictured.
Fresh dill is bright and authentic. Prominent, if not quite dominant. Lactic acidity gives additional zestiness and the gentle cucumber lightens things with its floral character. Good salinity, as well.
Salty/briny and lightly tart with tasteful acidity. Would like a little more cucumber than dill, but it's hard to complain here for an NA sour. Almost juicy, with a rich, malty/wheaty texture.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Tart citrus, salt and dill aromas. Crisp with tart citrus, cucumber, salt and dill front to back. OK, how did this become one of my favorite Athletic beers?

Poured a pale yellow/orange color with a small white head. Decent sized head, quickly dissipated. Big Dill notes on the nose. Flavor is light tartness, some sea salt. Not overwhelming, incredibly light. Could be a bit more tart, salty and have some more dill.
