Exmoor is a designated an International Dark Sky Reserve. This beer has been brewed to celebrate Exmoor National Park’s Dark Skies Festival.
The aroma gives roasted malt character, with hints of coffee and chocolate. Hints of citrusy and resiny character from the US hops.
Flavour-wise, there’s moderate roasted malt, reminiscent of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate. Low levels of malt sweetness are balanced by a robust bitterness with a medium dry finish.
