Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a huge, foamy off-white head with good retention. Hazy orange body. Good lace. Aroma of bread, pear, caramel, cinnamon and sort of a koji like sake presence to the yeast. Taste is wet hay, bread, pear, rotting, caramel and grain. Sparse but lively carbonation. Dry mouthfeel.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruits, and so is the flavor, leading to a slightly spicy finish. The body is a bit thin.

Bottle from John’s Marketplace in Portland, OR. Pours a clear copper color with a good yellow/white head. Sweet aromas of candied lighter stone fruits. Medium body with coarse carbonation. The flavor is not all that sweet, seems slightly bitter, and lightly spicy. A very tasty ale.

Bottle: Poured a murky orange brown with a medium off white head. Aroma is fruit with a sweetness to it. Taste is a sweet fruit with malts, it also had a slight bitter bite to the finish that made it lively to the tongue.

Yellow with floating particles. Big and bubbly white head. Grapefruit, wheat and yeast in the aroma. Dry and yeasty with a lemon juice-like acidity. Which is not the same as pleasant tartness.
