Latest Fad IPA (Brut)

A Brut IPA dry hopped with Motueka & Lemon Drop hops, and black currants added for wine-like flavor and dryness. This beer was brewed and fermented to be super dry, having a finishing gravity of almost 0 degrees Plato. To achieve this, we used step mashing which is mashing the grains over various temperatures to assure as much starch conversion as possible. This combined with the use of champagne yeast has produced an extremely dry, champagne-like finish that is sure to please.
