Small snowwhite head, fed by fine pearling hazy orangeish golden beer. Intense citrussy, grapey & ureumlike hops, lunaria, rainwater. Bitter, again ureum and lots of grapefruit and citruspeel. Very dry character. Light body, quite well-carbonated, hopoilslick. I’m usually not a huge fan of Mosaic, but here it seems to work quite well!

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with a light reddish hue, not too big off white head that leaves a thin film. Some citrus up front, lychee, strawberries, orange juice, grapefruit. Dry grassy notes with spinach and chicory. Some dry crackers and a touch of caramel, but the malts are quite light here. Very light sweetness with almost medium bitterness and a light tart touch in the finish. Under medium bodied with dry feel. Pretty damn nice for the ABV.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy amber, white head. Aroma of bubblegum and vibrant mosaic. Taste follows with tropical fruit, stone fruit, pine, caramel, pineapple and sweet candi swirls. Deliciously hoppy.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a medium white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime, dragon fruit and lemongrass. Flavour of lime, lemon sweets and green pepper. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Light fizz. Lots of lime notes with this beer. Every beer I’ve had from this brewery has been good.

25th Feb 2016 at The Shrewsbury Beer Club tutored tasting evening. Poured a murky amber colour with a wispy head. Intense nose of tropical fruits, the flavour was also tropical fruit laden along with a semi-bitter finish and a piny undertone. Plenty of Mosaic hops obviously used it the brewing of this.

Keg at Cotteridge Wines tasting room; clear light amber pour with a creamy off white head, aroma has pine, some floral and herbal action, taste has light herbal action, some sweet pineapple, light caramel, bitter finish.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast grassy nettle hop citrus. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a big crisp yeasty nettle resin hop, light toothpaste bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from ’Tabak’s Wijndiscount & Bierwinkel’, best before December 2016 (hardly readable). Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy, slightly resiny aroma of mango, passion fruit, pomelo, lime and some pine. Sweetish, fruity-grassy taste of mango, passion fruit, lime and ginger, followed by a short, medium bitter, grassy and slightly chalky finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very fresh with lots of tropical fruits, pleasant mouthfeel and great balance. Good!
