7-3-7-4-14 On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours hazy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is green hoppy notes, with floral notes, citrusy notes and light tropical notes. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is green hoppy notes, with berries, citrus peel and ripe, tropical notes, as well as fruity minerals.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, leafs, bark, sour grass, flowers, yeast, grape peel, moss, paper, fruit stones, hay, citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, flowers, hay, fruit stones, minerals, yeast, sour grass, moss, light malts, sawdust, harsh hops, alcohol, bark, old rope, citrus peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Appearance is amber and clear, with bubbles rising, a huge rocky white head which clings. Aroma is grapefruit, pineapple, orange and mango, caramel malt in the background, fresh fruity hops. Taste- fruity hops, sherbet lemon, hop bitterness, mango, grapefruit undertones. Rough malty background.

[ As Kees Mosaic Hop Explosion ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, sweethops, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, grapes - apple, citrus, warm fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 33 cl. can @ home, bought @ Wijn&Verwonderen, Culemborg. Hazy yellow with a big white head. Tropical fruit aroma, mainly pineapple and mango, also some pine and citrus; so basically very Mosaic. Taste is medium bitter with a long bitter finish. Carbonation is a bit high but not annoyingly so. Nice IPA
