DOGMA празднует 9 лет! А мы с Пивоварней "Чаща" решили поздравить легендарный боттлшоп каноничной классикой, кто-то ведь должен придерживаться принципов в мире крафтового хаоса. Английский солод, английский хмель, строго и занудно, догматично, но - легко и приятно.

Misted deep bronze with a one finger tall off-white head. Biscuit, caramel, floral & earthy notes. Pretty dry. light hop bitterness.

Tap. A nice bronze color, clear, yellow head. Aroma: caramel, jam, fried toast, a little raisins. Taste: caramel, sweetish, fried toast with marmalade, a little roasted nut, pleasant hop bitterness with an earthy profile, still quite good.
