This Framboise perfectly captures the tradition of Belgian brewing. Dan hand selected his artisanal blend of five oak tanks brewed between 2022 and 2024. The spontaneous fermentation catapults into a sensory experience with the addition of red raspberries.

Aromas are malt, vinegar with a little raspberry and floral. Flavors are similar to nose adding a touch of Belgian flare and is more tart than sweet with decent carbonation.

12oz can. Wow, they nailed it with this one. Perhaps not as biting or wheat forward as an authentic Belgian example, this is still pretty true. Big juicy raspberry tone. Not dry or bitter, but less sweet than the Raspberry Tart for sure. Really enjoyable beer.
