Aroma’s wet grain and sweet pale malt. Flavor’s more bitter than sweet, aftertaste of wet grain and bittersweet.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of straw and grass with a bit of hay supporting. Flavor has lots of grains and straw with some grass and bread backing.

Draft at Glen’s. Clear bright yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of lemon and rising bread dough. Taste is slightly sour citrus. Could be cleaner and crisper.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is grainy pils malt and a spicy saaz hop. Flavor is a much sweeter malt than your typical Czech pils. You do get some grassy hops but also some plastic after the swallow. This was too sweet for me to enjoy, each time you took a sip you could not help get annoyed by it. Also that weird plastic at the end was likewise as weird. They had something going but then the sweetness just killed it for me.

Draft pour at Rustico Alexandria. Poured a clear, highly carbonated - lots of bubbles, not a lot of head. Aroma was light corn, sweet malt notes. Crisp notes of citrus, corn, light earthy hops. Decent pils.

12 oz. can into a tulip. best by 12/12/15 A: Slightly hazy pale gold with slight greenish tint . Pretty but small tight head diminishing quickly but not completely. S: Very faint scent of doughy white bread and maybe a touch of grass but maybe not. Hardly any smell. T: Surprising hit of bitter herbal hops upfront. Malt breadiness seems almost lost though as it warms a bit of dough peeks out. Understandably light but thin flavor. Well balanced at least.. M: Busy and nicely fine-beaded carbonation makes the light body a bit more interesting. Clean bready finish. O: Fairly good if not noteworthy light pils. Nothing bad, maybe an extreme hot weather candidate. Not enough going for it to recommend, however. Plus the whole idea of beer in the shower seems trifling as fuck.
