Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of raisins and candy nice sweet warming with hint of cocoa beans and dried fruit nice sweet warming with mild finish.

On tap at Piw Paw - Beer Heaven, pours black, no head. Aroma has lots of port, rum-soaked raisins, and other dark fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with dark fruits, rum- and port-soaked raisins, and lots of sugars. Tons of spirit, but actually pretty light-bodied despite the sugars. Good.

On tap at PiwPaw - Beer Heaven. Pours very dark brown with no head. Dusty roasted malts on the nose. Flavour is much richer with bitter bread crusts, brown sugar; thick body with a boozy finish.
