Smells tasteful. No clove or any of that shit. Fairly malty with moderate biscuit and playful fruit esters. Clean and polished.
Fruity and phenolic with strong white pepper. Dry, crackery at points; wouldn't hate a bit more malt softness/depth. Drinkable and clean if a bit more white pepper character than I think it needs.
