Tastes like water with a modicum of beer flavor. It barely deserves to be called beer. In fact, with a 3 percent abv it doesn’t even deserve to be called a pale lager. Still though, it isn’t really offensive, so it deserves some points.

Bottle from a Grocery Outlet store. Golden color with a slight white head. Light aroma of grain? Medium body with prickly carbonation. Impressive in the beginning, then it waters down. Very lightly bitter. Good example of skunk avoidance using chemically altered bitters. It is clean. I could drink it like water. Which it ~97% is. Not at all objectionable, but not at all a taste thrill.

Bottle on 02/07/2009. Very clear pale golden body with a medium frothy white head that quickly dissipates. Light honey aroma with faint graininess. Very slight toasty flavor with a touch of carbonic bite. Very light body with fairly high carbonation. Basically this is soda water with alcohol. There’s nothing offensive here, but there’s not a whole lot here to begin with.

12oz bottle-pours a dissipating white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is chemical, corn/sweet grain. Taste is seltzer-like carbonation, then some grain/cardboard, spice hops. A lawn mower beer. Drinkable if you want a little beer with your carbonated water. Thanks to Joe-jwc215 for picking this out.

12 oz. bottle. Coincidentally, rating #1640. Okay, so my local Jewel has a "mix-a-sixer" rack, but it’s usually megabrews, alcopops and Zima. But some one must have broken a case of SNPA, because now I could slip two bottles in with the four pale megabrews I haven’t rated. Tick whore’s delight for under $6!
So, this is ghostly pale in the clear bottle. Pour looks just the same, teeny-tiny head, Smells of bile and corn syrup, really. Maybe that’s why people loose weight drinking it. Taste: Geez! This is a HOMEOPATHIC version of beer! It’s like soda water with a tiny dilution of malt liquor. So little taste, I can’t even say it tastes bad. 64 calories? So what, I feel even more bloated by all the gas in it.

Really pale straw colour. Smells like cud, pee and other animal effluvia. The taste is watery, grassy...kind of like urine but without the ammonia. Truly noxious stuff.

Bottle. As with any clear bottle (frown), color is no surprise. Here it is a lovely urine, and unleashes a fizzy but ephemeral head. Aromas are... well... nonexistent. I’ve tried and there is nothing there. At this point I pause to ask myself where these suspected 64 calories are coming from. It certainly isn’t from flavor... this beer is flat out the most watery thing I’ve tried. There is a hint of grain, and that’s it. It’s not like it is foul... so it does get a little bit of a score, but there is NOTHING there. The emperor has no clothes! This is not beer.

Two silver 12 oz cans in a big clear tumbler. Fairly clean aroma, nothing negative nor offensive. Very pale, yellow ubiquitous american lager appearance. Not as pale as some ciders or perries. Tea froth head. Rather mild initially on the taste buds. First taste impression has a background of soda water to an extent, but there is enough beer personality so that you don’t mistake it for something other than beer. Good tingly carbonation is appreciated. Not offensive and lacks any unique craft personality. Not bad for a repeatable session. Has hints of a dull processed lager on the finish. Does not linger.

Lost a bet so had to try this. No aroma. Pale watery yellow colour with fast dissipating white foam. Pale watery flavour with a bit of bread. Not bad bread, but not like beer. No finish. I have to give up gambling.

bottle - Well, it’s another fizzy yellow beer. This one brags about being the lowest calorie beer available. It’s clear and bubbly with a very mild grainy aroma. The flavor is sweet and light. As one would expect, there’s really not much to it. It’s not an awful taste, so I guess I’ve had worse beers. Actually I think it’s a little more flavorful than the 68 calorie Beck’s Light. It’s thin, watery, and there isn’t much of an aftertaste. And yes, it’s a different beer than MGD Light.
