Alisa brought this one back from a trip to NJ ++ Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a hazy bright yellow-gold color with a medium sized foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was yeast, chalk, a bit of tart lemon and egg white. The flavor was dry and chalky with tart lemon and a touch of salt. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with hardly any head. Lovely, complex aroma with the tartness and the coriander blending in. Light in body, low in carbonation, a little funky and this citric/tart and very refreshing note. Some baking yeast comes late. And yes, salt - salt of course! 240915

22 oz. bottle, shared at Ale Alpharetta. Pours hazy yellow, with no head. The aroma is mango, significant salt, and lemon juice. Smooth, sweet, sour and salty flavor. Very well balanced. Light body, smooth, and acidic. This is a nice, mellow, and approachable gose. Tart and crisp. I could drink this whole bottle, easily.
