Black Orange is a Belgian Imperial Stout with zest of Apulian orange and Quebec maple syrup
It “rested” for 3 years in red wine barrels and for the last 15 days we’ve had it bottled, with additional maple syrup added. The result is a beer of great complexity reminiscent of citrus chocolate.
