Bottle, courtesy of SinH4. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is apple peel, fresh cut apples, leaves. Body is medium, strong apples, tart, chalky and mineralic, tannins, some dust. Dryish palate, strongly carbonated. Good!

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is funky apples, leathery, juicy. Taste is juicy apples, mineralic, dry, tannic. Oily mouthfeel with lively, but surprisingly low carbonation. Solid!

Small slightly fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, sour apples, apple peel, apple cores, grass, minerals. Taste is slightly dry and fresh, apple peel, dry apples, minerals, apple cores, hay, paper, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle from Takamura Online. Nice semi-sweet apple nose, ripe but still a bit tart. Lovely deep golden color with a medium head that goes right to late. Very tasty—ripe fruit, minerals, light vegetables and soil, sweet enough to be fruity and have nice apple flavors, but nowhere near “sweet.” Dry, slightly sulfury, chalky finish. Nice, prickly carbonation. Very refreshing and tasty. Not super complex, maybe, but I could drink gallons.

Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget, March 2013. (Label says Sidre Brut Tendre, vintage 2012) Clear golden with a small head. A lot of apples both in the aroma and taste. A bit tart with notes of apple cake, wood and something that reminded of leather. Not that sweet. Actually refreshing and with a dry finish.
