Bottle pour. Bottle sent over by JStax. Thanks! Really enjoying these unique brews from these guys. A dark, thicker brown pour. Aroma is a dark fruit sitting iver a caramel malt and subtle oak. A semi dry flavor. Plenty of oak character. Dark fruit, grape like paired with a brett funk, and clean wood. Hints of cherry. The brett compliments this a ton. Well put together. Totally on board with this.

375 ml bottle in a trade with JStax! Bottled on 2/16/16. Appearance is a murky brown with small bubbly head in a chalice. Aroma is oak, nuts, yeast, and Bretty yeast.
the flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma, very nutty and woods with a light trace of funk in the finish. Body is medium with a lot of lingering astringent oak in the backend. Overall, earthy and interesting.

RBSG2016 grand tasting. So, had some trouble finding this because I didn’t include ’the’. Sweet candy nose thanks to JStax. Darker yuengy look about it. No co2. Interesting sweeter brew experience that separates it from the rest. Astringent attribute builds near the middle and increases in dB near the end. Thanks STAX for this beer tasting experience!
