Power tasting at Erik's, bottled 4 April 2016, 3 years old
Cloudy blond colour with large head. Intense aroma, farmhouse character and a touch of orange peel. Good mouthfeel, soft; strong yeast character, but also quite astringent and a bit pithy in the finish.
Good.

Hazy blonde-ish colour. Nice head. The aroma is full of brett, barrel, maybe some hop, but maybe I'm imagining that. Has moderate bitterness, nice wood and brett. The bitterness is big here, with a subtle grape accent. Nice beer.

750mL bottle, sent from yourilevesque (thanks a lot, Youri), pours a cloudy orange with a large white foamy head. Aroma is full of wild yeasts, barnyard funk, and white wine notes. Flavour is complex as hell, with a lovely mix of barnyard funk, wild yeast and vinous notes. Bone dry, with proper acidity and an aggressive bitterness on the finish that is a touch over the top. Still, fantastic depth to this. Really great.

Bottle - Perfumy and light herbal notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Lots of stone fruit, especially nectarine. Very effervescent and nice.

Bottle - pours yellow white head - nose/taste of brett, lemon, funk, dried fruit, funk and honey - medium body

Bottle RBSG2016 grand tasting. Cloudy pale. Barely detectable farm in the nose. Decent co2. Easy going tart brew, not offensive. Flat. You know, I thought I detected a little of that IPA green grapefruit rind thing in there. Weird, compared to the other ratings here.
