From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart berries, sour red fruits, malt, some vinegar, touch of wood. Flavour is nicely sour. Body is light. Looks like a Flanders Red but it’s less malty, which to me is good thing. Lovely Sour Ale.

Draught@CBC2016. Copper colour with a small white creamy head. Aroma is sweet raisins, fruits, berries and some slight toffee. Flavour is fruity, berryish, mild sour wooden notes along with some lactic notes and toffee.

No head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, artificial berry candy, winegum, grass, sorrel, berry skin. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, berry skin, sour berries, sorrel, hay, grain, oak, rhubarb. Little bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Meh!

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Øksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Buxton Blue Wolf ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink - purple head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, tart, blackberries, blueberries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, dark malt, blackberries and blueberries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft at Uiltje bar. Aroma of red wine, cherry, oak and tart. Taste has soft tart, vinous oak, red fruit, cherry and a nice tart fruity finish. Very nice.

Deep red color with a fine off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Nice body and a soft carbonation level. Pleasant sourness. Berries, sour, fruity, wood and bready flavor.

Where: BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
Appearance: Black colour with a small beige head.
Aroma: Sour, blueberries.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Blueberries, fruit, funk, citrus.

Tap @ Inde Wildeman, smaple size. Dark purple color. Pinkish head with short retention. Aroma’s: sour fruit, vinous, vinegar, woody. Retronasal: sour, fruit, berries, woody. Flavor is full on sour, fruity, vinegar. Light bodied. Finishes dry and fruity. OK, but a bit astringent sour.
