The Regal Lager uses lager yeast opposed to the conventional ale yeast. It is fermented slowly at a cool temperature, finishing in bottle conditioning with a lively carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. The lager yeast adds little flavor to the cider letting the natural flavors from the apples create a pleasantly unique cider.

500mL bottle, undated, drunk 1029/25.
Bright, clear, brilliant white gold with vivacious carbonation.
Brett is strong but not overdone. No baby diaper or intense acids. Still allows the lightly juicy, fleshy cider to come forth.
Soft, with chewy tannins creating a luxurious body in concert with tight carbonation. Fruity Brett is wonderfully-expressed. Tons of fleshy, juicy apple with low sugar.
