We've come up with the perfect way to enjoy a bright sparkling taste of summer, no matter what the season may be. This hefeweizen carries a distinct banana ester profile, and crisp finish. No bananas were harmed or peeled in the brewing of this beer. It's just a little side benefit that our German yeast strain gives us.

hazy burnt yellow. also, a faint aroma, mostly banana. Flavor, well a banana bomb. tastes like freaking runts candies with cookies, honey, lemons. just overall some pretty great stuff! really could drink a growler of it

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, clove, banana. Medium body, citrus, yeast, clove, dry finish, very good.

Crowler (courtesy of Weihenweizen). Lemon, banana, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Sweet banana-orange, clove, malt, and lightly bitter straw flavor. Light carbonation - medium body. Good.

On tap at East End. Cloudy golden with white head. Aroma is clove, light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is clove, some banana, and esters.

Tap @ Bocktown through a banana chips and nutmeg randall. Color is glowing, hazy straw, cannot see through it. Aroma is lightly sticky sweet and sugary. There is a little bit of nutmeg, maybe, just a smidgen. But lots of sweet, light banana esters. Taste is less sharp on the sweet but pretty similar. I feel there is that banana chip character outside the beer but maybe I was imagining it.
