500ml bottle. Pours clear gold with a small, fizzy white head that disappeared within five seconds. Aroma of tart green apples. Taste is tart apple, funk, white wine, grass. Heavy carbonation. Moderately tart finish. Refreshing and highly drinkable. I like it.

500mL capped bottle. This is an extremely loud beer. Champagne like head that is vigorously bubbly and equally fast fading. Quiet beer once it fades. Slick orange color with some haze. Aroma is tart marmalade. Effervescent aroma, slight sting on the nostrils. Light fruit vinegar. Flavor is lightly sour lemon iced tea. Not heavy tea malts but the lemon and tartness with light tea. A little too slick and undercarbonated body.

Paid $9.69 U. S. For a 500 ml bottle at 7 Eleven, Kittery, ME. Color is a clear golden amber color, fast dying head. Aroma shows straw, grass, lemon rind and yeast.
The flavor has a dry citrus hint with mild yeast, light traces of a wheat like backbone. Has a mild tartness with a bone dry texture. Yeah, this is the kind of sour ale I enjoy, more tart without any harsh sour pucker. Decent brew.

On tap at Tin Bucket, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out some brett, with other wild yeast and light stone fruitiness. Flavour is quite wild and bretty, with wild yeast, dry biscuity notes and brett. Dry and wild, with a fairly dry finish.

Bottle from Sabatini’s. It pours a clear pale golden color with a fizzy, disappearing head. The aroma has some light toasted bread, hay, some barnyard brett funk and hints of citrus. The flavor follows suit with lots of barnyard, lightly smoky brett wtih pale maltiness, hay, a little lemony tartness and spice in the finish. The smoky phenols were a little much, and the body was on the watery side, but otherwise this was a very interesting beer.

500 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release to the state. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow/amber color wiht a 1-2 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, apricot, peach, strawberry, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light leather/funk, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lightly tart lemon, lime, apricot, peach, strawberry, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, hay, straw, grass, light leather/funk, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness/tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, apricot, peach, strawberry, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, wheat, cracker, biscuit, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from carbonation and tart/spiciness as well. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/bready, and lightly acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a great wild saison style! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
