Med body, well attenuated. Med-high carbo. Med-high sweetness, med spiciness, med-light bitter. Medium warmth, soft, rounded. So far so good. Could use more depth of flavour tho. Only light wood, with med red fruits. Light caramelly malt. About it. Good.

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark brown with full head. Aromas of dry caramel, a bit of oak, a bit of Belgian yeast, and toasted malts. Flavors of oak, minerals, dry dark fruit and sharp toasty malts. Sharp metallic finish. Not sure if the oak is an improvement.

Madera caoba, translúcida de muy abundante espuma beige, muy persistente. Aroma ligeramente licórico, malta, canela, notas herbales. Mucho cuerpo, punzante de gas, intensa, calórica. Amargor notable. Sabor y postgusto acaramelado y licórico. Buena cerveza para ciertos momentos

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 01/12/24. Clear reddish amber pour topped with a lasting beige head. Nose is tangy fruit esters, vinous, herb, barnyard, tarte. Taste comprises stewed fruits, vinous, yeast esters, grains, herb, light acidic nibble, mellow barrel. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering close. Okay tangy Belgo affair.

Mild gusher. Hazy amber beer, decent pale tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light caramel malts, light creamy toffee. A little of the promised sherry. Light okay vanilla. Mild ripe fruits. A little spice on the airy finish. Yeah, could do without the mild gushy aspect but a good tasty brew.

On tap at Redlight Redlight, pours a rusted deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma has lots of oaky tannins, sherry-like oxidation, some Belgian yeast, and dry dark red fruits. Flavour is quite boozy, with lots of sherry-like oxidation, wood, boozy whiskey, and dark dried fruits. Very boozy, rather oxidized — in a somewhat good, somewhat off way — and big, with very low residual sweetness. Not sure if this is top condition or if I'm just not that impressed. Decent.

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Clear amber body with a huge and lasting beige head. Aroma and taste of orange zest, roasted malts, candi sugar, nutmeg, wood and some booze. Warming alcohol, but nothing harsh. Good one.
