This medal winning India Pale Ale is brewed in the true
Northwest fashion. It has an intense hop flavor and aroma with a dry bitter finish. It definitely has enough hops to "send you over the edge."

IBU: 100 13º Lovibond 77% AA 15º Plato.

Draft at Cross Grain Brewhouse immediately after deboarding. Amber pour and foamy head. Clear bodied. Nose is pine and grapefruit. Tastes much the same with bread and plum to boot. A west coast ipa through and through. Bitter. And clean palate

Can. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit and light pine aroma. grapefruit and pine flavor with light dark malts. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger with light dark malts.

355ml can, thanks Vesa! Canned 07/20/17. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma of caramely malts, toffee, pine, resin and citrus. Taste is sweet, caramely and malty with some toffee, pine, grass and resin. Finish is sweet, malty and caramely with some crisp hops, pine, citrus and resin. Sweet and caramely.

355ml can. Canned 07/2017. Big thanks to Euphemos for this one! Pours amber in color with a thick white head. Caramel malty nose, canned fruity with strong piny notes. Flavor has caramel sweetness, malts, hops, pine, massive bitterness in finish. Not very fresh anymore. My first from Idaho!

Can: Poured a caramel orange with a off white head. Aroma is danky hops. Taste is earthy and citrus hops and malt backbone.

Can thanks to Jeremy. Pours a hazy orange with medium frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and citrus. Medium body, pine, grapefruit, orange peel, nice bitterness, very good.

Level 42 bottleshare. Santa is flying past and below! Thanks to Colin for the can. Almost clear gold beer, patchy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, good carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Good bitterish citric peel. Light grapefruit and orange. Mild pine. Light bitter fruity finish. Nice.

Bottle shared on Level 42 19/12/2016. Many thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed orange amber coloured pour with a a lose off white head. Aroma is Rye, bread, nutty earthy malts, jammy fruits. Flavour is composed of spicy Rye bread, nutty malts, pine, dirty pine needles, . Assertive hop bitterness. Lingering wood, pine. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, woody. Dirty hop bitterness.

Can split at the L42 Shitmas Chriss up, from a trade thanks to Stevoj, 19/12/16. Reddish amber with a decent off white head. Nose is biscuit, pine needle, light spice, caramel, orange peel. Taste comprises toffee, caramel malt, light spice, pine, red grapefruit, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a hop spattering. Decent enough IPA.
