Thanks Geisser for this interesting beer, perfect union between the pepper and the hop, fruity, malt behind the scene, 07.06.2018, at the ex flat of Geisser, Vigie, Lausanne.

28/1/2019. Bottle from Honest Brew. Pours pale gold with a small lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, peppery spice, herbs and a little fragrant tea. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. I liked this, lovely aroma especially. Bit gassy to finish though.

Bottle from BrewDog online. Merseyside brewery no.1 I'm happy to call this happy saison with light spicy line in the back, what is great because it's not killing the taste at all. Nice.

Unclear dark golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing down the glass. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an average carbonation level. Balanced sweetness and acidity. Moderate bitterness. Semi dry.. Citric, yeast, fruity, bready and some spices in the flavor.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Thick, foamy, rocky, white head, that’s stays the full course. Nose has a clean, fruity saison character. Some orange and tropical fruit. Some flora and spice. Taste has light sweetness, turning light, spicy dry. Mouthfeel is light, and a bit watery. Light, spicy dry finish. Smells good. Looks great. Tails off afterwards.

Light haze on this gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, mildly sweet. Floral herby tang, mellow black pepper. Airy finish brings a trace of dried fruits. Perfurmey black pepper linger. Does what it says on the tin but never really got me inspired.
