Sour Ale Aged On Peaches
Drinking this medium-bodied beer is like biting into a juicy, yet tart, peach. Farm to Face is brewed as a pale ale and then fermented for ten months in stainless tanks with house yeast. After primary fermentation, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus, and a whole lot of peaches are added. Aromas of green apple and graham cracker accompany a lingering peachy finish.

A,bit cloudy golden color and small white head. Yes, tart cracker aroma with some fruityness. Light-bodied. Tart, citrus, peach, berries in the flavour. Light. Ok.

From tap at Barcade, New York. Fruity aroma with strong peach and apricot, orange, lemon. Flavour is sour with a light sweetness. Nice stone fruits aroma, tart and sour, tasty stuff.

Notes from 1/26/17 Bottle from my local Keyfood supermarket of all places. I forget how much this was. It was probably too much. 7/16/15 born on date. Tulip pour. Ever so slightly hazed light amber body. Sticky white wash head. Sour apricot scent. Faded grassy hops. Yeasties. A sour punch of sorts. Very similar taste to extreme sour warheads. Very sharp. A very foggy sense of peach, more of a generic fruit sour flavor( I would have guessed apricot or sour plum). A little vinegar & a splash of varnish on the backside. Maybe a hint of sweetness lingers. Bracingly sour. It doesn't have a ton of complexity. The first few sips, with it's healthy carbonation, are refreshing & tasty. After a few more though, it feels like my mouth is being sterilized.

Bottle from Chris M: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is peach, vinegar, wood, some light bready backbone. Taste is somewhat sour, moderately acidic, plenty of peach notes. Good, but not great in my opinion.

12.7 corked and caged. Aroma is peach, lacto, lemon, matchsticks, footy, barnyard, grainy. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head with good retention. Taste is moderately to highly sour (7.5/10) with flavors of the aroma descriptors. Highly carbonated foamy mouthfeel. Good.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Matteo. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Thin malts. Fairly tart lemon, mild acid. Miniscule peach. Light finish. Okay.
