We’ve set out to prove that an easy drinking, everyday beer can still be special.
Layers of US hops are set against a backbone of British malts, so what this beer lacks in strength, it makes up for in character.

Look out for fresh flavours and aromas of pine, peach, lychee & citrus fruits, tempered by a smoothly rounded bitterness to leave you wanting more.

Cask pour at Sheffield taproom. Foggy golden pour, hint creamy off-white head leaves solid lacing. Aroma is bready and soft. Taste continues with beady flavors with a pillowy mouthfeel. Soft and subdued, but tasty and oh so easy to drink. A real experience.

440ml can as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Pale yellow, the colour of Chardonnay. Clear with a small uneven white head. Notes of melon and white grape, with some underpinning vanilla malt notes. Taste is sweet and lightly fruity, a little bit of gooseberry. The teeniest tinge of bitterness follows. There's so little to it, yet it's great for what it is.

Cask-conditioned at the Alehouse, Stroud May 2023. Golden in colour, with a moderately-sized, white, head. Ripe malts, tangerine fruits, a touch of citrus hop leading to a dryish finish. Fine.

Cask. Golden beer with a cream head. Light orange aroma. Orange and light bready flavor. Medium bodied orange and light pine linger with light breadiness.

Cask at Cellar, Chester. Pours a pale straw with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s grains and malts in the aroma, plus some hints of floral hops. In the mouth it is sweet with a rather rwatery texture. Malts are briefly the main flavour before grains come to the fore, alongside peaches, tangerine and hints of grapefruit. Some underlying bitterness too, leading to a dry finish. This is reasonable.
