We’ve set out to prove that an easy drinking, everyday beer can still be special.
Layers of US hops are set against a backbone of British malts, so what this beer lacks in strength, it makes up for in character.

Look out for fresh flavours and aromas of pine, peach, lychee & citrus fruits, tempered by a smoothly rounded bitterness to leave you wanting more.

Cask. Golden beer with a cream head. Light orange aroma. Orange and light bready flavor. Medium bodied orange and light pine linger with light breadiness.

Cask at Cellar, Chester. Pours a pale straw with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s grains and malts in the aroma, plus some hints of floral hops. In the mouth it is sweet with a rather rwatery texture. Malts are briefly the main flavour before grains come to the fore, alongside peaches, tangerine and hints of grapefruit. Some underlying bitterness too, leading to a dry finish. This is reasonable.

Can from the brewery’s online shop. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and fresh mango. Flavour of minerals and peach. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. Crisp and hoppy. Very nice.

Pale blond colour with big fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have layers of hoppiness. Starting fruity and peachy before becoming more bitter and pithy in the finish.

Gott

440ml can from In Pivo Veritas in Moscow. Oddly there’s no date code, but I suspect it is pretty old. Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is lychees, citrus fruit and malt. Taste is light sweet, citrus fruits, lychee. Medium bitter finish. Light bodied. Heavily carbonated probably due to it sitting in the can for a long time. Probably much better fresh.
