Coolship Resurgam is a blend of this one-, two-, and three-year-old spontaneously fermented beer. The finished beer has aromas of apricot, lemon zest, and candied fruit. Notes of tropical fruit and flavors of funk lead to a clean, tart, and dry finish.

Allagash tasting. Golden color with white head. Fruity aroma with apricots, vinous notes, light malt, wood. Taste is fruity sour in light way, apricots, wine, funk, light vinegar. Very good.

Bottle. Sour funky aroma and taste, apricots, wooden barrel notes, red wine, light vinegar notes, medium sour, light to medium bitter. Medium body, funky sour and light bitter finish. Good.

375ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funk, barrel, some minerals and a bit weird chemical notes. Taste: along the same lines, moderately acidic with some lemon zest notes. Overall: pretty good.

Golden. Slight haze. Not much head. Lots of bugs right up front on the nose, hay, and quite a bit of barrel. Soft and sweetish. Leather and hay. Plenty of barrel. The tannins really come through the finish.
