1/3 cask at GBBF Winter. Dark golden pour, with a thin, tight white head. Aroma is malty, notes of caramel, brown bread. Taste is malty, nutty, toffee with a very smooth feel. Dries out towards the finish.

Well kept cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn at Sheffield Tap. Spotty lacing, pearl white, stable head, clear amber body. Promising on the nose with moments of ripe lemon and biscuit. Flavoured with leafy hops and mid-sweet malts. Fair bittersweet finish. Pretty good. (Sheffield, 25.03.2024).

Delt med Rune. Mørk stråfarget. Lavt tett skum med litt farge. God kjeksaroma. Smaken honning, litt kjeks & malt. Tørr, fin bitter avslutning.

29/1/2020. Cask at the 13th Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours clear bright amber brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, caramel, malt, fruit and veg. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet finish, but with a slight off-putting metallic bitterness.
