Can: Poured a hazy yellow with white. Aroma is funk and soapy. Taste is soapy.

On tap at Gabf. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, bubblegum, spice. Medium body, clove, yeast, light dry finish, good.

Draft at Churchkey. Clear very pale yellow color, dense white head with solid lacing. Aroma of white pepper and dusty straw. Taste is peppery lemon, light funk. Very tasty.

At SAVOR 2016. Poured a hazy pale yellow color with a small creamy head. Aroma was some light herbal notes, fruit, with a little bit of funky barnyard character to it.

Savor 2016: Lemon zest aroma. Milky yellow, medium head. Lemon. Medium body, soft carbonation. Fairly simple for a saison.

At the tap room. yellow color and lacing head. Some citrus and a little black pepper aroma. Dry flavor, yeast, some sweet fruit, but not much of it; grains of paradise maybe? lightly spiced saison, but abv is noticeable in the palate, flavor, and aroma.

On tap. Pours a hazy earthy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of flora, citrus and light fruits with a bit of white wine and a touch of sweetness. Flavor has a combination of sweet citrus, light fruit and a bit of flora as well as a touch of white wine in the finish.
