Right-O-Way IPA is brewed as a Session India Pale Ale with citrusy hops and floral aromas. These flavors, with the addition of lightly kilned malts and moderate hop bitterness, make Right-O-Way a refreshing and easy drinking beer. The sessionable 4.6% abv makes this one of the “easier” beers we’ve ever made. Enjoy it in your favorite glass or straight out of the bottle. Either way, make it Right-O-Way.

bottle - Hazy copper colored pour, aroma of citrus hop and toasted malt, flavor is moderately bitter with light citrus character and bready malt. Light bodied. Fairly good but there are better session IPAs.

Aroma is biscuit and hop, hint of caramel. Nice thick head. Flavor’s carbonic tang, hops up front, followed by some malt sweetness, then lingering bitterness in finish. Decent enough brew.

On draught at Winking Lizard. Pours a slightly cloudy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle: Clear amber with a frothy, off-white head. Slightly biscuit, grapefruit-peel aroma. Orange malt, grapefruit-peel, grain malt taste. Nicely carbonated. A light, leafy bitter. Not bad.

12 oz. bottle into a stange DOB: 07/21/15 so quite old. A: Pours a 2 finger tight head above swirling sediment in the dirty gold body. Great retention . S: Light scent of herbs, earth and pine or spruce. No citrus. Sweetish smell. T: A very light hint of citrus is quickly overtaken by pine bitterness. Not much to balance the taste. M: Pretty crisply carbonated and light bodied make this fairly quaffable and refreshing. O: Average SIPA at best. Drinkable although the taste is maybe not interesting enough to make me want to drink another. Of course this 6 pack is 6 months old so maybe a fresh sample is worth having.

Bottle, pours a clear orange amber color with a medium sized white head. Nose of citrus and tropical fruit, faint grass. Sweeter in taste, yet lightly earthy. Has a heavy wet feel, but refreshing.
