Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Sweet and medium roasted malty aroma and taste, with a nice chocolate and nutty medley, caramel, vanilla caress into the finish. Lovely.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in May 2016. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of hazelnuts, roasted malt and some chocolate. Similar taste, also hints of licorice and vanilla. Sweet and with a full body.

Sampled from bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub. Opaque pitch black color, full sized dense brown head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is malts, toasted malts, lots of vanilla, mocha, a lot of chocolate and a hint of something that reminds me of hazelnuts. Nice! Taste malts, toasted malts, soft roast, lots of vanilla, lots of milk chocolate, mocha, sweet initially with a sweet-bitter finish. Medium body, silky mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Lovely, though just a tad too much vanilla for me to really love it.

Draught @ CBC 2016. Pours black with a brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet chocolate, caramel, cocoa, nuts, hazelnuts. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, cocoa, chocolate, hazelnuts, light alcohol. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. 130516
