12oz can pours out amber topped with a white head. Nose is pine citrus hops and some bread malts. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and malt bill.

Can: Amber orange color with a modest beige head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy; citrus and florals. Tastes on the meltier side of things, lots of caramel malt goes along with a mild citrus hop. A touch bready.

12 oz can poured. A mostly clean golden orange pour with a rocky foam head. Malt forward aroma. A little bready. Flavor is a bready, almost toasty malt, with a moderate juicy hop addition, but not bitter. Creamy, and a very sessionable feel with a juicy, yet mild overall flavor. Smooth, with very little carb. Some orange fruit late. Pleasant, enjoyable pale here.

Can from Hayduke. Pours translucent gold with a fizzy white head. Floral and maybe citrus aroma. Near med body. Flavor is rather lychee, and there’s citrus. The malt is a bit too roasty for me, but it works. Finishes bitter. Decent.bread, bread,

Can from Rakuten, 6% is getting up there for an APA in my opinion but it pous a nice orange-gold with a thick foamy off-white head. The aroma is sweetly malty, light citrus and pears. The taste is bitter, metallic, fruity and I’m guessing heat damaged? Shame.

At SAVOR 2016. Poured a hazy straw yellow color with a small fizzy head. Aroma was crisp citrus with a touch of grassy notes. Light lemon, floral character. Nice citrus character.

Draught at Darby’s Public House, Vancouver
Hazy light amber color with thin head. The aroma is fruity and estery. Lean but not weak nor too dry; nice malt presence, and nice hopping, a bit resiny and fruity. The final has some nutty and biscuity malt.
Clean, balanced, well made.
