at yespr, hazy red, smooth huge creamy pink head. cherries, cherry bitterness in the aroma. flavor is cherries, plastic, bitterness, not as sourish as i had hoped, but then it’s not lambic based so that’s no surprise.

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a huge tan head. The aroma has notes of cherries and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a warm red with a slight haze and a huge and frothy pink and lacing head with good retention - slightly gushing. Sweet and tart cherry aroma. Medium body, thick cherry flavours - essence? - and yet a tart edge. Enjoyable. 140113

I am thoroughly impressed wit this - a quality fruit beer that finds the perfect balance between sweet/tart/acidic - the base beer seems like a simple wheat ale that works as a wonderful, subdued base to showcase the fruit - earthy cherry flavor explodes on the palate, meat, skin, pit and all - a wee bit of spice and just the faintest kiss of oak - semidry, acidic finish - delicious - a lot of love went into this beer.
