On tap at Farmhouse Tap and Grill.
This was poured into a long stemmed taster.
The appearance was a smooth golden bronzed yellow color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated quickly. Mellow sticky lacing.
The aroma starts off with some sweet lemons, sweetened peppercorns (they lighten into some spicy aspects as it warms). Some pineapple, light mango.
The flavor takes on a fruity sweetness initially and wraps into the spiciness as it warms. Sweet fruitiness in the aftertaste, light sweet/spicy finish.
On the palate, this was light bodied with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light with some stickiness.
Overall, good saison for the most part that I could come back to.

At a lasting, thanks, smallish creamy head, quite hazy yellow color, guava aroma with hints of pomelo spice and shrubs, flavor of shrubs, yeast and a light breadiness, light to medium bitterness, a hint of sweetness. Really nice.

Can sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Yellow with a white head. Hoppy aroma, tropical fruity (guava, carambola) and "green", with a bit of phenolic spiciness, earth. Flavor is quite dry, with faint sweetness, grains, earth, "green" and fruity hops, and mild bitterness. Quite light-bodied. Nice and refreshing.

Can from the Good Beer Store Fryberg. Slightly hazy light golden color with a decent sized frothy white head. Great hoppy nose. Resinous pine with hints of tropical and citrus and faint bread and spice deep underneath. More spice in the flavor than the aroma with plenty of pine hop flavor and bits of bready maltiness. That’s a pretty good hop forward light easy drinking saison.
