Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs.

Sample during the It's Beignet while, so Parrish the Thought of Deserting Oil of Us for this Road Trip Tasting on 06/26/2021. Cloudy orange-gold pour with a medium frothy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Herbal hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of piney hop, grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

From a 355ml bottle on 29/5/2021. Pours a cloudy light golden with a medium head. Has a mild fruit driven nose. Tastes a bit odd with some sweet fruit up front which is met by a strong chemical/licorice finish. The mouthfeel is slick, the carbonation moderate. Lacks cohesion and finishes a bit rough. Disappointing. Rating 3.1.
Re-rate 24/12/2024. Revisit three and a half years later and it' s a completely different experience. None of the harshness or lack of cohesion. Sup drinkable and really enjoyable.

Bottle from Tavour. Pours hazy grapefruit gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is very tropical, but for me there's a garlic note. Med plus body. It's juicy, not dry, but so bitter the malt and fruit sweetness is quite subdued. For flavor I'm going with green melon, pale stone fruits, and citrus. Flavor is hard to parse tho. The garlic note moved towards green onion. Very firm flavors and very tasty. Nicely bitter.

Look at that color from a total wine shelfie. Wanted to check it out finally and it was surprisingly good. But total wine definitely needs some fridges for their IPAs as you can get some malty notes too on here.

Bottle. Opaque sand with a dense white head that fades to a cm. 3+ Aroma of ripe and under-ripe tropical fruit- mainly mango - some lime, herbal notes edging up on Thai market. 8- Fruit dominates the taste with more oranges than anything. Pineapple and mango there too. Texture is smooth but not chalky. Bitterness is moderate. Pretty good. There are several things (juiciness in taste and texture, lowish bitterness, savoury herbal notes, astringent/ burning finish, alcohol content) where what's good about this amounts to not going too far. Very nice.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled on February 20, 2020, poured into a glass. Opaque light orange with medium white head. Aroma is citrus hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is rich citrus hops. Nice beer.
