Pulsar is a Dry Cider made with Michigan apples and fermented with Pinot Noir yeast. Fresh apple blends with a slight tartness, leading into a crisp, dry finish. Like all Starcut Ciders, Pulsar has no added sweeteners, leaving you with less than one gram of natural sugar per serving. It’s a cider worth celebrating.

In a cider mood today and that’s a tough itch to scratch here in Florida at least properly. Yellow pour from can fairly dark. Nose is tart apple and some florals. Fairly funky and bitter which I like In my ciders but in this feels a bit off. Not sweet and quite dry. Fruity finish.

Big white head, tart apple aroma, flavor is pretty dry but some good apple taste and a mild sweetness before the dry finish. A bit floral. A little flat. Good though.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly. The aroma was dry and phenolic with faint apple juice. The flavor was dry, musty and phenolic with a hint of apple. Medium length finish. Medium body.

12 ounce bottle from Short’s. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy white head, poor retention. Aroma of sweet apples, vinous notes, a bit of vanilla. The taste is dry apples, earth, a bit of sweetness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.

Draft. Cinnamon and apple aroma. Hazy golden yellow. Moderately sweet apple juice and mildly bitter grass flavor. Nice body. Nice.

I wouldn’t say that this is a semi-dry cider, but a dry. Doesn’t have a lot of flavor. Body is so - so. Aroma is on the spicy side.

Bottle. Pours a clear syrupy orange gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is sweet apple forward with a bit of crispness underlying. Flavor has a good amount of sweet apple with a slight bitterness underlying.
