Battling it out with my ruptured ulcer, but it tastes good before the massive heartburn. *in no way does this beer cause heartburn.

Sampled from a can this beer poured a murky yellow color with a huge fluffy white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was sweet watermelon and faint citrus. The flavor was sweet watermelon, honeydew and a hint of citrus. Long finish. Medium body.

12oz can because Radagast83 is a jerk. Pours a hazy pale gold, white head. Cool nose, fresh watermelon, candy. Flavor is GROSS, cheap candy. Watery finish.

From a 12 oz. can at the December 2018 RB gathering. Pours a pale straw with a white head. Aromas of watermelon and lemon. Flavors are sweet watermelon. Disgusting.

12 oz can. Poured a kind of reddish, yellow color? Aroma was kind of fake watermellon. This is really like drinking fruit juice - watermelon. Juicy, but kind of like artifical watermelon juice.

12 oz. bottle, thanks George! Watermelon jolly rancher, bubblegum, butterscotch, and lemon. Sweet, with just a hint of bitterness. Medium body, with a pulpy, thick feel. Odd, and candy-like. Not very good, though.

Watermelon bubble gum nose, toejam. Opaque golden, thin head. Bread crust, watermelon, cracked wheat, fairly dry. Light body, easy carbonation. Still beery and wheaty.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 5/29/2017. Pours hazy medium golden/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of watermelon candy, lemon, lime, orange zest, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light honey, pepper, clove, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of watermelon, pale malt, light earthy hop, and fruity/spicy yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of watermelon candy, lemon, lime, orange zest, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light honey, pepper, clove, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness, yeast spiciness, and slight fruit tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of watermelon candy, lemon, lime, orange zest, pear, apple, wheat, bread, light honey/pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and balance of watermelon, pale malt, light earthy hop, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation and bitter/spiciness, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly bready/grainy, and slightly sticky/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a good shandy style. All around good robustness and balance of watermelon, pale malt, light earthy hop, and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Nicely flavorful for the ABV. Never overwhelming on the watermelon, and doesn’t get too artificial feeling. Solid yeast presence and malt backbone. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Cloudy light yellow pour with a white head and decent retention. Minimal lacing. Light body and mouthfeel. Interesting light lemon and watermelon and wheat flavor mix. Lightly salty. Odd, but enjoyable.
