Draught@CBC2016. Reddish amber colour with a mediumsized foamy beige head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some sweet malts, spices a bit tart berries too. Flavour is berries, some brett, funk, wood and mild tart tones with some slight yeatiness. Sweetish tart/sour. Yet smooth and easy to drink.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This is a murky pinkish looking one. A small pink lacing head floating on top. Strawberries and cherries up front on the nose. It's sweet and a little grassy in the tast. Strawberry sweet. I'll definitely call it refreshing. Ends a little grainy. Mouthfeel-vise its nice and oily and prickling on the soft carbonation. Not a very memorable one. 13.05.2016

[ As 7venth Sun If This Was A Movie ].Unclear matt medium red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, blackberry, cherry, tart cherry, saison - wit bier yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, blackberry, cherry, yeasty, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Lovely murky purple with a pink head. Aroma of overripe berries and cherries, earth, spiciness. Dry flavor, a bit tart, with berries, some funk, earth, light spiciness, and a bitterish finish.

On tap at CBC2016, Yellow session. A filmy layer to a dark reddish body. Minimal lacing. Aroma of berries and apples. Blue and black berries to the taste buds added by apple skins. Mid-tart ending. Fresh and soft in the mouth. Pretty nice (Copenhagen 13.05.2016).
