Bottle sample at Beer Study bottle share in Durham. Hazy golden color. Aroma of summer fruit and dusty attics. Taste is overripe stone fruit and light funk. Tasty.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As De Garde Petit Desay ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tropical fruit, pale malt, fruity, light tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160513]

Fat på CBC 2016. Smak och doft av honung, gräs, örter, nektar, äpple, grapefrukt, jäst, trä halm. Lätt sötma och kropp, frisk, torr, aningen syrlig, fin beska. Mycket gott!

Draught@CBC 2016 (Blue Session).Golden colour, white head. ARoma is floral, some funk, earth and mild caramel notes. Flavour is floral, earthy, herbal and some mild bready malts and tart wooden notes.

Sample at the taproom. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of zesty citrus, funky yeast, oak and doughy malt. The finish is funky with a tart citrus and yeast aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a light acidity with some grapefruit and lemon notes. A light herbal, lemongrass-like phenolic note with a bit of pepper and coriander. Hints of stone fruit skins with some light white wine tannins as well. Pours a very clear, bright gold with a medium sized, moderately thick and frothy, white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers for a bit as more carbonation is released and replenishes the head. No lacing or legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with a light grain note and a touch of sweetness but a very dry finish. Medium citrus notes with lemon being most prevalent as well as some white wine notes including tannins and grape skins. Low bitterness. Lingering lemon notes and acidity. A touch of tropical fruit such as pineapple. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer, especially for the price. A bit simple, and the acidity is a bit sharp for me, but still very nice.

CBC. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, elderflower, herbs, lemon and funk. Flavour is malt, yeast, fruit, elderflower, little sour, little lemon, little dry and a little bitter.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Blue session. Almost clear golden orange color with off white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, funky, citrusy fruity, floral and grassy, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
