Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour with very nice riesling grape notes, grass, straw, hay, vinous, light body, easy drinking.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Yellow. Aroma of wine, lacto, fruitiness. Tart flavor, fruity, vinous, lactic. Light-bodied.

Tiny fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh sour-ish, soda powder, sour grapes, sorrel, unripe berries, minerals, grass, berry skin, oak. Taste is slightly sour-ish grainy, soda powder, sorrel, grain, sour grapes, minerals, grass, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish grainy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

CBC2016. Fast klare hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch leicht säuerlich, helle Früchte. Geschmack süß malzig, limetten, leicht säuerlich.

Tap @CBC16. Cloudy pale straw, no head. Light acetic , vinous aroma. Sweetish, vinous flavour, green grapes and perhaps some funk.

On tap at CBC ’16. Hazy pale golden with a small ring white head. Aroma has big grapes upfront with vinous notes, a light funk and light lactic aspects. Flavour is moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample at CBC 2016. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Tart with citrus, white wine and some grass. Soft and easy to drink.
