Barrel-aged Ryewine
Singular in heft and layered with symphonic grace. Lofty notes of maple, brown sugar, and candied pecan suggest sweetness before a dry, rye-forward terminus.

Smooth, malty and caramely with some rye notes, toffee, hints of prunes, figs, raisins, syrup, woody oakiness, barrel, earthiness and hints of vanilla. Nicely balanced and complex slow sipper, has mellowed compared to previous vintages fresh

Well carbonated, even a small tan head. Oily, sweet, boozy. Strongly malty, rye bread, alcohol warmth, dates, rich and smooth. Clearly more stairway to heaven than highway to hell this year, very nice.
