Black beer, thinning brown head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and malt. Coffee, malt, milk chocolate, some tangy fruit. It?s rich and creamy with an earthy, bittersweet aftertaste. Delicious.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Aker Brygge. A bubbly, tan-coloured head over a plain black body. Clingy lacing. Attractive roasted aroma of chocolate malts and coffee. Black malty flavours of raw cocoa powder, coffee beans and salty liquorice. Prolonged finish. Smooth in the mouth. Well bodied. Enjoying (Hotel room, Oslo 08.11.2016).

Bottle at home. Pitch black pour with a medium height dark tan head that gives way to a velvety lacing. Notes of roasted coffee beans, tons of cocoa, molasses, roasted malts and a bit of smoke. Full body, smooth texture, low carbonation and a roasty bitter finish. A very good porter. --- Beer merged from original tick of Extra Porter - Guatemala Coffee on 04 Nov 2016 at 21:40 - Score: 8

Tap at Shelton Brothers. Deep mahogany to black with a finger of tan foam. Huge coffee nose with top quality cacao notes, berry and a touch of plum. More coffee on the palate. Chewy body. Pretty heavy and complex. Awesome! --- Beer merged from original tick of Extra Porter - Guatemala Coffee on 30 Oct 2016 at 01:33 - Score: 7
