Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours hazy gold with some floaties and a creamy white head. The nose has some biscuits, wheat, lemon, zesty orange. Light-medium sweet flavor with slight bitter straw, light grass, lemon rind, light spices. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well balanced to finish with more zesty citrus, mellow dough, lightly salted biscuits. Very drinkable beer.

Orange peel and grass nose. Cloudy golden, medium head. Yeasty clementine, light malty sweetness. Rather Belgiany, but not in the sense of a witbier necessarily. Good.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy bright yellow color with a medium sized foamy orange-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was citric and floral with notes of chamomile, must, pepper and cracker. The flavor was dry, musty and dusty with notes of cracker, chamomile, coriander, citric acid and a vague herbal presence. Long dry musty and citrus finish. Medium body. Decent.

Draft on guest tap @ Portsmouth Brewery. Cloudy yellow with lasting head retention. Aroma is clementine peels, light coriander and wheat. Flavor is the aroma. Bitterness is low with a dry texture. The beer does have balance with citrus and floral hops and spice. Maybe a touch too much coriander. The body is light and fizzy like soda pop. To me this is average at best. Worth a try on draft but I sure wouldn’t want an aging bottle of this. Skip the bottle and go draft only.

12oz bottle pours a very murky marigold with some thin, clumpy white head. Nose is really cool, bright orange juice, a little coriander, some soap, a little perfume, but mostly fresh citrus juice (tangerine, orange). Flavor follows suit, lightly sweet, a splash of honey, some mild straw, a little coriander, some bright fresh grapefruit, some bright orange, tangerine. Clean, refreshing finish. I was worried this would be a gimmick, in fact, it’s lovely.

Draft. Poured a hazy light golden yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma was nice citrus notes, some pine resin. Flavor was a very nice pine and citrus hop, fresh tasting, nice yeast notes on the finish make this one interesting and easy to drink and about perfect for the Spring.

Bottle from the Lazy Dog Pours a hazy deep straw color that makes it look like carbonated grapefruit juice. Aromas of orange and bitter citrus with a bit pf peppery Belgian yeasty bready esters. The flavor is spicy citrusy with a light spicy wheat malt flavor. Lots of bready spicy yeast phenols. Light to medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick spicy resinous mouthfeel. comes together pretty well for a WIPA although at times the bitter grapefruit to me almost feels a bit overpowering.
