Fat på Beer-Ditch Malmö. Smak och doft av jäst, vinäger, trä, ladugård med toner av hö och örter. Fin syrlighet, torr, lagom sötma, vinös med fin beska.

On tap @Stavio (Rome). Pours light amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is sour with vinegar notes, lots of wood traces (chocolate, mild vanilla touch), interesting. Flavour is medium sweet with a decent sour end and a vinegar touch, complex, a bit chaotic, astringent. Medium body, medium to light carbonation. Weird but nice.

Bottle @ SBWF 2014. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour woody aroma. Fruity sour woody vinegar bitter flavor. Has a fruity woody sour bitter finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Clear amber, small head. Oaky sour nose with floral notes. Dry and bready with some funky tartness, chestnuts, vinegar and brad. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Mid bitter finish.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Hazy golden with a white head. Fresh with berries, some fruit, wood and some light malt. Light sourness in the finish. A descent one.
