Notes from 1/09/19 16oz can from Tasty Beverage In Asheville. Pint glass. Yellow, cloudy. Lather-y head, mild but fresh citrus hops. Light, rindy bitterness, slick, chewy malt, faintly sweet, smooth. Very easy to drink. Enjoyable even. Just disappointed that this didn’t go harder on the honey.

Can thanks to Kyle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, straw, honey. Slick body, honey, citrus, wheat, light dry finish, very good.

Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazed yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mild grassy hop, floral honey, fruity yeast and malt. The finish is mildly hoppy with a touch of honey in the aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at Heist. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam. Grainy aromas with golden malt and dried honey notes. Fairly nondescript beer flavors on the palate with maybe some honey floral notes. Mild bitterness and a grainy finish.

On tap at the brewery with jcnielsen. Slightly hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Slightly dank, pineapple, tropical fruity aroma. Light flavor with some nice hop notes. A touch bitter but not bad. Pretty easy drinking golde.
