Panda thanks to Cloin. Clear dark brown beer, a decent bubbly tan head. Light smooth palate, reasonable fine carbonation on the back end. Soft rich dark malts, a nice smooth chocolate vibe where the vanilla intersects. Mild nuttyness. The maple is judiciously applied and brings another dimension and a little dark fruitiness. Juicy smooth finish. Nice, nothing out the ordinary here ingredients wise but, everything just sings together.

Nose is dark chocolate, vanilla bean, light roast, honeycomb, walnut whip.
Taste comprises dark malts, brown sugar melt, honey, chocolate, spice, mellow roast, toffee, vanilla, maple syrup, nutty twang.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced lick of booze.
Solid pastry affair.

A black beer, no head. Aroma of sweet strong dark malts, caramel, chocolate, maple syrup. Taste of sweet maple syrup, vanilla, cocoa, sweet dark malt, sticky finish. Really good!

Erhöhte Viskosität. Intensiv malziger Beginn, angenehme cremige Süße, nussig, Ahornsirup, intensiv nach Kaffee. Dunkles Holz, Röstnoten, weich, mit der Zeit kommt der Alkohol aber deutlicher hervor. Geringe Süße, milde Noten von Vanille, weiterhin angenehm nussig, intensiv. Kakao und Kaffee im Abgang, etwas boozy. Sehr gut! 12/13/10/13/12/13
