Bottle. Black. Pastachoca in the aroma. Chocolate, hazelnoten, oak, Bourbon, vanilla, raisin. Hypersweet, but the booze provides Some complexity. Worth the hype, to my surprise!

Bottle. Nose is peanut butter, marshmallow, hint of tar and ash, chocolate, vanilla, banana sweets. Taste is chcocolate, peanut, vanilla, lactose, cherry, marshmallow, hints of strawberry, cherry chocolate, syrup, caramel, aspartame, hint of salt, almond, cookies, the bourbon is well integrated in the finish. It's enjoyable, but far too sweet, and has a slight synthetic sweetener like taste which I didn't enjoy. I've been trying to pin this beer down for years, and having now found it, it's something of a disappointment. The world has moved on from 5 years ago perhaps.

0.33 l bottle from 'Beergium', cellared for about a year. Pitch black with a very thin, slowly diminishing, beige layer. Very intense, sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of nougat, vanilla, cocoa and lactose. Intensely sweet, malty, slightly roasty taste of massive nougat, lactose, cocoa, vanilla and just a touch of bourbon, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, slightly powdery and a little warming finish. Full body, smooth, slightly creamy and a bit oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Very tasty dessert beer, typical sweet aroma Omnipollo stuff, the bourbon is unfortunately hardly there, really lacks complexity as well. Good, but not as great as expected.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is coconut, peanuts, very nutty and pastry. Taste is peanuts, black chocolate, a touch tobacco, pecan. Quite intense, very pastry, but lecker! Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very good!

Bottle (RB No. 1000). Pours opaque black with medium brown head. Aroma is intense vanilla, soy sauce, coffee, chocolate, licorice, rum and oak aged whisky. Taste is light to medium sweet, medium bitter, medium salty and light acrid. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is intense and long with notes of malt, vanilla, licorice, rum, espresso and prunes. Very intense and rich but in good balance.

Bottle. Close to black color, coffee foam. Taste and aroma: like a gorgeous dessert, a chocolate cake with jam, berries, vanilla, nuts, soaked in maple syrup and cognac.
